Can I return my contact lenses?
If you would like to return the contact lenses that you have purchased online, email service.eyecare@shopko.com to receive a shipping label. If you purchased them in-store, please bring them back to the store you purchased from with your receipt. All contact lens boxes must be unopened, unmarked, and unexpired for return consideration.
What if my glasses don’t fit correctly, break, or I don’t like them?
If you are not completely satisfied with your new eyewear, we offer a one-time exchange or you may return them for a refund once within 30 days from the day you pick up your eyewear. Valid for 30 days from dispense date. Exam fees not refundable. Does not cover scratches, accidental damage, breakage, loss or theft.
How long will it take to receive my glasses?
Usually, your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks. Your center will notify you by call, text, and/or email upon arrival so you can get them as soon as possible.
How do I get my glasses adjusted?
Should you need refitting, bring them to your nearest store for adjustments.
