GREEN BAY, Wis. – Nov. 18 marks the opening of a new Shopko Optical center in Jacksonville at 1705 W. Morton Ave. Dr. Mark Brei will be the optometrist serving the Jacksonville community with the patient-focused care enjoyed by all Shopko Optical patients.
