Why did you choose optometry as a profession?
I chose optometry as my vocation to enhance and preserve one of God’s greatest gifts. Primary care optometry allows me the opportunity to see patients from all walks of life who have a variety of visual needs. I enjoy having a positive impact on patients and their visual health.
What do you want patients to know about your approach to optometric care?
I always want to be the gatekeeper to great vision care for my patients. Whether it’s a problem with their glasses or a serious ocular health problem, I want to be their main source of knowledge and provide them with materials to make their vision preform at its best.
Getting to know my patients is critical to my approach. Treating the entire person ensures a good outcome.
