April Swim chose optometry because of early exposure to the profession—optometry piqued her interest in middle school, and ever since, she wanted to be an optometrist. April loves helping patients find solutions to their vision and eye health concerns while getting to know them and their families.
April approaches patient care like a partnership and enjoys learning what each patient needs. Her goal is to identify what is important to each individual and educate patients on the latest in eyewear technology and eye health treatments. She strives to maximize each patient’s visual potential and keep their eyes healthy for life.
Outside of work, April enjoys reading, traveling, sports, and theater and is originally from Illinois.
