Dr. Neyens chose optometry as a profession to help people improve their quality of life and see to their fullest potential. His approach to care is to treat everyone with kindness and respect by listening to concerns, coming up with solutions, and giving them options that solve their individual needs. He believes that eye care is more than prescribing glasses—it involves an assessment of all visual functions including diagnosing, treating, and co-managing with other health care professionals. In his free time, Dr. Neyens enjoys spending time with family, fishing, boating, hunting, and reading.

Dr. Hetke decided to become an optometrist after being influenced by positive experiences he had as a patient growing up, as well as other family friends that provided guidance and encouragement along the way. Dr. Hetke believes that it is his responsibility and privilege to provide high-quality eye care that his patients deserve. He strives to serve the needs of his patients by an individual, case-by-case basis and makes intentional efforts to ensure they receive the best care possible. Dr. Hetke is married and enjoys fishing, watching the Packers, and playing guitar.
