3. Does it cost anything to become a Shopko Rewards℠ member?
No, membership is absolutely free and you don’t need to use any special debit or credit card to participate!
4. How old do I need to be to enroll?
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
5. Can I participate if I am a re-seller or use an institutional charge account?
Resellers and institutional charge customers are not eligible.
6. How do I join Shopko Rewards℠?
Joining is easy! Just ask a teammate to enroll at check-out or visit the Customer Service desk in any store. You can also enroll online anytime by visiting shopko.com/rewards . You will be asked to provide your name, phone number and email or mailing address at the time of enrollment.
7. What if I am already a member of a previous Shopko loyalty program?
If you were a member of a previous Shopko loyalty program (My Extra Savings™ or Shopko Cash™) prior to September 20, 2018, you will automatically be moved to the current Shopko Rewards℠ program.
8. What happens to my previous Shopko loyalty program points balance and rewards?
Any valid rewards issued in previous programs will remain valid through the date indicated on the reward. Any previously earned loyalty points balances will be transferred into the Shopko Rewards℠ program1. Shopko Cash™ program points have been converted at a 1 to 1 ratio to Shopko Rewards℠ program points. My Extra Savings™ program points, have been converted at a 1 to 3.34 ratio to Shopko Rewards℠ program points. For example, 100 Shopko Cash™ program points will equal 100 Shopko Rewards℠ program points; 100 My Extra Savings™ program points will equal 334 Shopko Rewards℠ program points.
9. If I was a member of a previous Shopko loyalty program, will I receive a new card?
No, you will not be issued a new card. You can continue to use your existing Shopko loyalty card as it will now be assigned to the Shopko Rewards℠ program.
10. What if I forgot my loyalty card number?
In-store, the cashier can look up your loyalty account using your email address or phone number. To find your loyalty card number online, visit shopko.com/rewards and sign into your shopko.com account. Click on "existing loyalty member" to find your loyalty card number
11. Why should I provide my information to join?
Providing your information helps us to serve you better! If you don’t have your Shopko loyalty card available to scan at check-out, the cashier will look up the phone number or email address linked to your Shopko Rewards℠ account to make sure you earn points on your qualifying purchases.
Your email address also serves as your username on shopko.com/rewards so that you can manage your Shopko Rewards℠ account profile information, view your points activity and access your rewards online.
Shopko Rewards℠ members that provide their birth month and year will also receive a birthday offer valid during their birth month.
In addition to all of the above, you will also be eligible to receive exclusive loyalty member sales and promotional offers throughout the year if you provide a valid email and/or mailing addresses. From time to time, we’ll also send you emails that contain your Shopko Rewards℠ points balance, communications on any rewards you’ve earned and other information about your Shopko Rewards℠ account. Please note that by participating in the Shopko Rewards℠ program, you agree to receive promotional offers as well as updates about your Shopko Rewards℠ account from Shopko.
12. How do I make sure I receive emails from Shopko Rewards℠?
You should receive a Shopko Rewards℠ welcome email within a week of enrolling in the Shopko Rewards℠ Program if you have a valid email address on file with your Shopko Rewards℠ profile. Other emails will tell you about your current point total and rewards. If you’re not receiving these emails, please verify that you entered the correct email address in your "Profile Settings" at shopko.com/rewards
If your email address is correct, your spam email settings may be blocking emails from Shopko. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list so that your emails will go straight to your inbox. Or follow your Internet service provider's Trusted Sender procedures.
13. What do I do if I am not interested in receiving Shopko email communications?
To opt out of emails, please click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of your emails. Note, that if you choose to opt out of receiving Shopko emails, you will not receive any promotional offers or loyalty account communications via email. You can also update your email preferences in your in your "Profile Settings" at shopko.com/rewards
14. I think I have more than one Shopko loyalty card, how can I combine cards?
Contact Shopko Customer Service and let them know which card you would like to keep active, and which cards you would like to deactivate. Only one active card per person is accepted. See the full list of Shopko Rewards℠ Terms & Conditions
15. I lost my Shopko loyalty card, what do I do?
Please contact Shopko Customer Service if you believe your card is stolen, and we will deactivate your card and create provide you with a new loyalty account number. If you no longer have your plastic card, you do not need to re-enroll. Just provide the cashier with your phone number or email address and your purchase and points will be added to your card.

16. How do I close my Shopko Rewards℠ account?
We're sorry that you no longer wish to participate in the Shopko Rewards℠ program. Please email Shopko Customer Service, call 1-800-791-7333, press 2 then 1, or speak directly with a teammate in-store. We’ll be happy to help you.

1. How do I access my Shopko Rewards℠ account information online?
Sign in to your shopko.com online user account. If you do not already have a shopko.com user account, you must create one prior to linking your shopko.com online user account to your Shopko Rewards℠ account. Once you are signed in to your shopko.com online user account, click on the "Loyalty Program" link that drops down under "My Account". Next, click on the "Existing Loyalty Member" link which will take you to your Shopko Rewards℠ account information. From here, you can view or edit your Shopko Rewards℠ account information and link an existing loyalty card.
2. If I update my shopko.com online user account information, will that also update my Shopko Rewards℠ account information?
While we are working on automatically linking any changes to your shopko.com online account information to your Shopko Rewards℠ account, at this time, you will need to edit this information separately.
To update your shopko.com online user account information, sign in to shopko.com and go to "My Account". From this page, you can edit your shopko.com account "Address Book", "Billing Address & Credit Cards" and "Email Address & Password" information as needed.

3. Do you sell my personal information?
Earning Shopko Rewards℠ Points
1. How do I earn points?
Members receive 3 points for every $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases made in-store2 or online. Members will earn points regardless of payment type. Rewards points will be earned for shopko.com orders when payment card/account is charged and item(s) have shipped or have been picked up in-store. Points are earned on the dollar amount of the Qualifying Purchase after all applicable discounts, offers, coupons and rewards are applied to the transaction. See "Qualifying Purchases" section below for details on items excluded from earning points.
In-Store. With each purchase at Shopko, Shopko Hometown & Shopko ExpressRx stores, simply have the cashier scan your Shopko loyalty card or provide the phone number or email address linked to your loyalty account at checkout to ensure earned points are applied to your loyalty account. If a loyalty card is not entered at checkout, points will not be earned on that purchase.
Online Enter your loyalty card number at checkout to earn points on purchases made online. If a loyalty card is not entered at checkout, points will not be earned. To find your loyalty card number online, visit shopko.com/rewards and sign into your shopko.com account. Click on "existing loyalty member" to find your already linked loyalty card.
2. What purchases earn points (Qualifying Purchases)?
All merchandise purchased at Shopko, Shopko Hometown, Shopko ExpressRx, or at shopko.com will qualify towards your earned points except the following: any pharmacy prescriptions; doctor's fees and eye exams; the vision insurance portion of optical purchases; optical purchases made online; gift cards; prepaid cards; alcoholic beverages; stamps; bottle returns; non-merchandise services; extended protection plans; shipping and handling fees; sales tax; purchases made on account by institutional charge customers and other items at Shopko's discretion.
3. How many Shopko Rewards℠ can I earn?
There is no limit to the number of rewards that can be earned. When an account balance reaches 500 points, a $5 Reward will automatically be issued and is redeemable in-store on eligible Shopko, Shopko Hometown, or Shopko ExpressRx purchases (some exclusions and restrictions apply; see full Shopko Rewards℠ Terms & Conditions for complete details). Once the reward has been issued, the 500 points will be deducted from the Shopko Rewards℠ account balance.
4. When do my points expire?
Rewards points will expire one year after they are earned, measured from the end of the month in which the rewards points were earned.
5. When do my Shopko Rewards℠ expire?
Rewards expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. When will my points show up in my Shopko Rewards℠ account?
It takes approximately one day to process and post points. You should see the points you’ve earned the day after your qualifying purchase. Please note that points are issued with respect to shopko.com orders when payment card/account is charged and product has shipped, not the transaction date.
If you use Guest checkout at shopko.com and do not enter your loyalty card number at checkout, points will not be issued on the transactions.
7. What method of payment can I use to earn points?
With Shopko Rewards℠ you can earn points with any form of payment!
8. How can I check my points balance?
Sign in to shopko.com/rewards, your Shopko Rewards℠ account page will include a snapshot of your points balance and how many points are needed to reach your next Reward. You can also see this information at the bottom of your in-store receipt.
10. What happens to my points if I return or cancel my purchase?
If you return a qualifying purchase, the points you received for that purchase will be deducted from your points balance when the return is made. This could result in a negative points balance in your account.
11. What happens if I redeem a reward in connection with a purchase and then return that purchase?
You will be refunded the amount you paid for the returned item. Any rewards applied to the purchase will not be reissued and will be forfeited
12. I didn't use a loyalty card on my last shopping trip. Can I still get credit?
Credit will not be given for purchases where you forget to provide your card or your phone number. The loyalty card must be used at the time of the purchase.
If you forget your loyalty card when you shop, the cashier can look up your account by phone number or email address. To ensure your phone number and email address are correct, check your Shopko Rewards℠ account information. You can also ask a store teammate to validate / edit this information for you at Customer Service desk or during checkout.
Receiving and Redeeming Shopko Rewards℠
1. How and when do I receive my Shopko Rewards℠?
Reward Issuance. When a loyalty member’s points balance reaches 500 points, a $5 reward will be issued on the loyalty member’s in-store sales receipt as stated below. Once the reward has been issued, the 500 points will be deducted from the member’s points balance.
In-Store. When a purchase is made resulting in a total points balance reaching 500 points or more, a reward will automatically be issued on the receipt at the register for use on a future in-store purchase.
Online. While rewards points can be earned for online purchases, rewards can only be issued after an in-store purchase. If an online order results in a points balance reaching 500 points or more, a reward will automatically be issued on the receipt at the register with your next in-store purchase. This reward can be used on a future in-store purchase.
2. How do I redeem my rewards?
Rewards are currently redeemable in-store only. The Shopko Rewards℠ cardholder who earned the reward must present the reward and the earning card at checkout in order to redeem the reward. The Shopko Rewards℠ member may also have the Shopko teammate lookup their account number at the register rather than presenting their card.
3. Can I redeem multiple rewards on a purchase?
More than one valid reward may be used on a single transaction. The reward may be used in combination with other Shopko coupons.
4. Can I combine my rewards with other Shopko coupons?
Yes! Your rewards can be combined with other Shopko coupons, as long as you follow the Shopko coupon exclusions and minimum purchase requirement, if applicable.
5. What items can I purchase with my rewards?
Rewards and coupons can be applied to all merchandise at Shopko, Shopko Hometown, Shopko ExpressRx locations, except the following: any pharmacy prescriptions; doctor's fees and eye exams; the vision insurance portion of optical purchases; online orders; gift cards; prepaid cards; alcoholic beverages; stamps; non-merchandise services; extended protection plans; shipping and handling fees; sales tax; purchases made on account by institutional charge customers and other items at Shopko's discretion. If the exclusions stated within these Terms and Conditions are different from those printed on the reward or coupon, the exclusions printed on the reward or coupon are the ones that apply.
6. I lost my reward! Can I get a replacement?
We are not able to reissue rewards at the store, but you can reprint your rewards from your account at shopko.com/rewards.
7. Someone else received a reward and gave it to me. Can I use it?
Only the cardholder who earned or received a reward may use it.

Existing Shopko Loyalty members who were in previous Shopko loyalty programs have been automatically transferred into the Shopko Rewards℠ Program.
