What is store pick up?

"Buy Online, FREE store pickup" is the ability to order items from Shopko.com and pick them up at your local Shopko store.

How do I know an item is available for store pick up?

You will see Store Pick Up as an option when you add an item to your cart. Items that are not available for store pick up will not display this option.

How do I designate an item for in-store pick up?

  1. Make sure the item is eligible for Store Pick Up
  2. Choose color, size and quantity (if applicable)
  3. Choose the Store Pick Up radio button
  4. Verify that your store pick up location is selected. If not, click on Choose Pick Up Store and enter ZIP code or City and State to search for desired store
  5. Add the item to your cart
  6. Wait until you get a "ready for pick up" email before you go to the store to pick up your item
  7. Visit Customer Service desk at your store pick up location to pick up your item(s)

Can I pick up some items in my order but have other items shipped?

Yes, just choose the desired shipping option per item before adding to cart.

Is there an extra charge for store pick up?

No, there is no extra charge for store pick up.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will charge your card after your order is picked up for items available in store. If your item needs to ship to the store for in-store pick up your card will be charged when the item is shipped. We will put a credit authorization hold on your card when you place your order, which should be removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged.

When can I pick up my item?

You can pick up your item at the store you designated when you receive a “ready for pick up” email. Please do not head to the store prior to receiving this email, as your order will not be ready for you. If you've placed your order after 5pm, your order may not be available until the next day.

How long will a store hold my Pick Up in store order?

You have 5 days from when you receive the “ready for pick up” email to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order in that time frame, the order will be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed.

What do I need to bring to pick up my item?

Make sure to bring the following before heading to the store to pick up your order:

  1. Your "ready for pick up" email. The email can be printed or shown via your mobile device.
  2. Your valid photo ID
  3. The credit card used for the order

Where do I go in the store to pick up my item?

Proceed to the Customer Service desk at your chosen store. The store details are also listed in your "order confirmation" email and “ready for pick up” email.

Can someone else pick up my item for me?

No, for security reasons, the person on the billing address of the "ready for pick up" email of the order must pick up your item. Please also bring a valid photo ID, credit card used for the order and the "ready for pick up" email.

Can I change my pick up store once my order is placed?

Sorry, but you can't change your pick up store. You must pick up your order at the Shopko store you originally selected.

Can I cancel my in store pick up order once it is placed?

Due to our efforts to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been submitted. You can return or exchange your items by following these guidelines.
