Participants must be a member in the Shopko Rewards℠ Program to participate. To become a member you must complete a registration form at a Shopko store or online at shopko.com/rewards. If you are already enrolled as a Shopko Loyalty Program member (i.e. My Extra Savings®, Shopko Cash®), you have been automatically converted to the Shopko Rewards℠ Program1. Shopko Rewards℠ Program participation and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Shopko. Shopko has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to modify, add or delete any of the Shopko Rewards℠ Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
Present your Shopko loyalty card in-store at the time of check-out or online to receive special savings offers. You must present your loyalty card with every purchase in order to receive benefits of the Loyalty Program. Loyalty members will not earn points for purchases where a loyalty card is not presented at checkout.
No Shopko Rewards℠ Program price adjustments will be given after the purchase has been completed. Shopko reserves the right to make promotional offers available to select loyalty members based on: purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the loyalty member. Some of the offers Shopko elects to include in the program may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions.
Members receive 3 points for every $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases made in-store2 or online. Members will earn points regardless of payment type. Rewards points will be earned for shopko.com orders when payment card/account is charged and item(s) have shipped or have been picked up in-store. Points are earned on the dollar amount of the Qualifying Purchase after all applicable discounts, offers, coupons and rewards are applied to the transaction. See “Qualifying Purchases” section below for details on items excluded from earning points.
In-Store. With each purchase at Shopko, Shopko Hometown & Shopko ExpressRx stores, simply have the cashier scan your Shopko loyalty card or provide the phone number or email address linked to your loyalty account at checkout to ensure earned points are applied to your loyalty account. If a loyalty card is not entered at checkout, points will not be earned on that purchase.
Online Enter your loyalty card number at checkout to earn points on purchases made online. If a loyalty card is not entered at checkout, points will not be earned. To find your loyalty card number online, visit shopko.com/rewards and sign into your shopko.com account. Click on “existing loyalty member” to find your already linked loyalty card.
Qualifying Purchases. All merchandise purchased at Shopko, Shopko Hometown, Shopko ExpressRx, or at shopko.com will qualify towards your earned points except the following: any pharmacy prescriptions; doctor's fees and eye exams; the vision insurance portion of optical purchases; optical purchases made online; gift cards; prepaid cards; alcoholic beverages; stamps; bottle returns; non-merchandise services; extended protection plans; shipping and handling fees; sales tax; purchases made on account by institutional charge customers and other items at Shopko's discretion.
Points Expiration. Rewards points will expire one year after they are earned, measured from the end of the month in which the rewards points were earned.
Reward Issuance. When a loyalty member’s points balance reaches 500 points, a $5 reward will be issued on the loyalty member’s in-store sales receipt as stated below. Once the reward has been issued, the 500 points will be deducted from the member’s points balance.
In-Store. When a purchase is made resulting in a total points balance reaching 500 points or more, a reward will automatically be issued on the receipt at the register for use on a future in-store purchase.
Online. While rewards points can be earned for online purchases, rewards can only be issued after an in-store purchase. If an online order results in a points balance reaching 500 points or more, a reward will automatically be issued on the receipt at the register with your next in-store purchase. This reward can be used on a future in-store purchase.
Shopko loyalty members who purchase prescriptions will receive a coupon for every 10th prescription purchased. Shopko loyalty card must be scanned at check out in order to participate in the program. The TEN$ for 10 Club coupon is good for $10 off your next $20 in-store purchase.
TEN$ for 10 Club participation is limited to customers paying for prescriptions in cash or using insurance programs not funded in whole or in part by federal or state subsidized programs.
A birthday coupon will be issued to loyalty members whose accounts contain birthday information. If the loyalty account contains a deliverable email address (that is not unsubscribed), the member will receive the birthday coupon in an email the week before their birth month.
If no deliverable email address, when the member makes a purchase in-store with their loyalty card during their birth month, the birthday coupon will be attached to the receipt. For those members without a deliverable email address that do not make a purchase in-store during the birth month, no birthday coupon will be issued.
Birthday coupons are limited to one offer per account, per year and are restricted from use during select sales events as notated on the printed coupon.
If your loyalty account contains a deliverable email address (that is not unsubscribed), you will be eligible to receive notification of sales and other exclusive loyalty events via your email as well as communication on your Shopko Rewards℠ account.

Certain sales events may feature loyalty member priced items. When a loyalty card is scanned, the Loyalty member price will be applied to the item(s). If a loyalty card is not scanned, the customer will receive the general public price.
Shopko Loyalty members may receive offers that start earlier than those available to the general public.
Reward and Coupon Usage. Rewards/coupons may only be used by the loyalty program cardholder who earned the reward/coupon. To redeem rewards/coupons, the rewards/coupon and loyalty card that earned the reward/coupon must be presented at the time of redemption. Unless otherwise stated on the reward or coupon, rewards and coupons are not valid at shopko.com. Rewards and coupons are redeemable for merchandise (except as stated below), not for cash. For any merchandise returned that was purchased with a reward or coupon, a portion of the discount will be applied to the refunded amount. In the event rain checks are issued for qualifying merchandise, they will not include discount. Rewards and coupons must be surrendered at time of purchase and are limited to one-time use of each earned reward or coupon. If the reward is used on a purchase less than the reward amount, the balance of the reward is forfeited. Rewards and coupons may not be applied to past purchases or Shopko credit card balances. If a qualifying purchase is returned, the points you received for that purchase will be deducted from your points balance when the return is made. This could result in a negative points balance in your account.
Re-printing. Rewards cannot be re-printed at the store; however, members can re-print rewards that were previously issued in-store from their account at shopko.com/rewards. Coupons cannot be reprinted, copied or transferred.
Combining Rewards and/or Coupons. More than one valid reward or TEN$ for 10 Club coupon may be used on a single purchase. The reward and TEN$ for 10 Club coupon may be used in combination with other Shopko coupons. Birthday coupons may not be combined with other Shopko coupons, any other discounts or in conjunction with Shopko’s Match Price Policy, but may be combined with rewards and TEN$ for 10 Club coupons.
Reward and Coupon Expiration. Rewards and TEN$ for 10 Club coupons are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Birthday coupons are valid during the loyalty member’s birth month. The expiration date will be printed on the reward or coupon. If the expiration dates stated within these Terms and Conditions are different from those printed on the reward or coupon, the expiration dates printed on the reward or coupon are the ones that apply.
Merchandise Redemption Exclusions. Rewards and coupons can be applied to all merchandise at Shopko, Shopko Hometown, Shopko ExpressRx locations, except the following: any pharmacy prescriptions; doctor's fees and eye exams; any optical items purchased which are funded in whole or in part by federal or state subsidized insurance programs; the vision insurance portion of any optical purchases; online orders; gift cards; prepaid cards; alcoholic beverages; stamps; non-merchandise services; extended protection plans; shipping and handling fees; sales tax; purchases made on account by institutional charge customers and other items at Shopko's discretion. If the exclusions stated within these Terms and Conditions are different from those printed on the reward or coupon, the exclusions printed on the reward or coupon are the ones that apply.
Participants must register on an individual basis and be at least 18 years of age. Customers purchasing items for resale are not eligible for Shopko Rewards℠ Program savings. Employees of Shopko and their immediate family are eligible to participate, but may not combine Shopko Rewards℠ Program savings with employee discounts. Participation in the Shopko Rewards℠ Program is void if: a) prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides or b) a special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval is necessary in that particular state. In the event of any discrepancies regarding membership, contact Shopko Customer Service or call the Shopko Customer Service number (1-800-791-7333, press 2 then 1).
Members may not permit others access/use of their loyalty card. In the event a loyalty card is misplaced, lost or stolen, immediately contact Shopko Customer Service at a store location or call the Shopko Customer Service number (1-800-791-7333, press 2 then 1). You are responsible for notifying Shopko of any changes to your personal information including name, address, and other contact information. Loyalty cardholder information can be updated at shopko.com/rewards or at Shopko Customer Service in-store. To check your points and rewards balance, login to your Shopko Rewards℠ account at shopko.com/rewards or visit the Customer Service associate in-store.
This Program will continue until such time as Shopko, in its sole discretion, selects to end the Program. Shopko has the right to end the Program at any time without providing written notice to you. You may cancel your membership in the Program at any time by notifying Shopko Customer Service. We reserve the right to cancel your membership in the Program if you fail to use your loyalty card for eighteen (18) months or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Upon cancellation, all points are forfeited.

Modification of these terms and conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of Shopko. All interpretations of Shopko Rewards℠ Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Shopko and such interpretations are binding on members.
For purposes of Shopko Rewards℠ Program Terms and Conditions, "Shopko Stores Operating Co., LLC" shall include Shopko, Shopko Hometown, Shopko ExpressRx, and Shopko.com as applicable. The Shopko logo, Shopko Rewards℠ logo and other logos and tag lines are the intellectual property of Shopko Stores Operating Co., LLC.

1All previous Shopko loyalty programs (My Extra Savings™ and Shopko Cash™) have been replaced with the Shopko Rewards℠ Program. Existing Shopko Loyalty members who were in previous Shopko loyalty programs have been automatically transferred into the Shopko Rewards℠ Program. Any issued rewards from prior Shopko loyalty programs will remain valid through the printed expiration date on the reward.
Any point balances from the prior Shopko Loyalty programs have been converted to Shopko Rewards℠ Program points. Shopko Cash™ program points have been converted at a 1 to 1 ratio to Shopko Rewards℠ program points. My Extra Savings™ program points, have been converted at a 1 to 3.34 ratio to Shopko Rewards℠ program points. For example, 100 Shopko Cash™ program points will equal 100 Shopko Rewards℠ program points; 100 My Extra Savings™ program points will equal 334 Shopko Rewards℠ program points.
2In the event that Shopko decides to close a store location, points will no longer be earned for purchases at the closing location. Loyalty members will retain existing point balances and any issued rewards will continue to be accepted at the closing stores per the Loyalty program terms and conditions.
