1. Eligibility: Contest open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of ShopKo Stores Operating Co., LLC ("ShopKo") and their immediate family and household members, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entities or individuals associated with the development, fulfillment of or supply to this Contest (collectively "Sponsor & Others") are ineligible to enter or win. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and consent to use of their contact information for future communications including ShopKo advertising, promotions, surveys, contest/sweepstakes and other similar communications without compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. Entrants that do not consent to such use of their contact information can either email OnlineCustomerService@shopko.com or call ShopKo's Customer Service number (1-800-791-7333) to unsubscribe. ShopKo will not sell or rent your contact information to any third party.

2. How To Enter: Visit www.shopko.com/entertowin between 12.01 a.m. (Midnight) Central Time (CT) on November 1, 2009 and 12:00 p.m. CT December 12, 2009, and follow the online entry instructions to register for the Contest. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. No other form of participation is valid. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant will be disqualified. Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer by 12:00 p.m. CT on December 12, 2009. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by ShopKo Stores Operating Co., LLC, 700 Pilgrim Way, Green Bay, WI 54304.

4. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner. Time is of the essence.

5. Drawing: Winners will be determined by means of a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur on or about Monday, November 9, 2009, and every Monday, thereafter, through Monday, December 14, 2009 and will be conducted by representatives of Shopko. Potential prize winners will be notified by phone or mail on or about Tuesday, November 10 and every Tuesday thereafter, through Tuesday, December 15, 2009. Potential winners will have 48 hours to respond to the phone call or if by mail 14 days. If no response is received within the above given time frame, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Prize winners will be required to complete, sign before a Notary Public and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Prize(s) and Odds of Winning: Grand Prize (1): One (1) winner per week, from November 1 through December 12, 2009, will receive a $250 Shopko Gift Card. Gift Cards may be redeemed at any Shopko retail location or online. Gift Cards are subject to additional terms and conditions. All expenses not specified as part of prize description are solely the winner's responsibility. If a winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be chosen. Approximate Retail Value of prizes up to $250. Odds of winning are dependent on number of eligible entries received. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Prize is not redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. Limit one winner per email address during the duration of the event.

7. General: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if any fraud, virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries of the Contest. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Neither Sponsor not its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of the Contest be, in sponsors' sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, and select winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Neither Sponsor not its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this website. In case of dispute, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning addresses. 9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Wisconsin. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Wisconsin.

10. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

11. PRIVACY: All information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Contest will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
