In Shopko’s Distribution Center you will work in a fun, casual and friendly environment. As a Distribution Center teammate, we reward you for your hard work. Our Distribution Center Teammates take pride in providing great customer service by getting our product to stores quickly, accurately, and safely.

In our various Distribution Centers you will have the opportunity to work with high-tech conveyer and processor systems. These systems help you get the job done the right way so that our internal and external customers are taken care of. Our customers need their merchandise on time--and our DC teammates work to load/unload trailers and process product within the distribution center to get the right product to the right store. This makes for a fast-paced environment where ideas for process improvement are encouraged and rewarded, and your ideas are heard. Are you energetic and hands-on? Our pay is competitive and you can take advantage of our Gainshare Program, which encourages productivity through quarterly group bonuses and other incentives.

OPTICAL LAB
At the Shopko Optical Lab, you will be working in one of the most impressive and profitable Optical Labs in the industry. This facility manufactures and supplies eyeglass prescriptions and services to the Shopko Retail Eye Care Centers. The Lab supports contact lens distribution, sunglasses, supplies and equipment maintenance to Shopko stores.

Our Optical Lab teammates take pride in providing first-class service to our customers.
