Returns and Exchanges Policy

When you have your receipt, Shopko will gladly refund your purchase if the merchandise is in new condition, including all the original packaging with accessories, and it is returned within 90 days of purchase. We'll refund your full purchase price in a form consistent with your method of payment; items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded to a Shopko gift card. Certain electronic items will be subject to different requirements as indicated below.

When you do not have your receipt, we will attempt to assist you in identifying your receipt by verifying your credit card, debit card or check purchase using our Receipt Look-up system. Purchases that cannot be verified may not be refunded.

 

Electronics Returns:
We will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase on electronics items, including TVs, digital cameras, camcorders, GPS units and portable video and audio electronics. A 15% restocking fee will apply if the item has been opened.

 

Computer Returns:
We will accept returns within 15 days of original purchase on computers. A 15% restocking fee will apply if the item has been opened.

 

Other Item Restrictions:
Electronics:
- Cellular phones and cellular phone cards are non-refundable.
- iPods are non-refundable.
- Defective video games, music, movies, and computer software can be exchanged for the identical item; replacement item will be opened by teammate. Open video games, music, movies and computer software may not be returned for a refund.

Gift Cards:
- Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Pharmacy:
- Prescription drugs are non-refundable.

Bicycles:
All bicycles carry a 90-day warranty. Any repairs are completed free of charge by a certified technician during this warranty period if the Customer has the receipt to verify the bike is still covered under the warranty. Shopko will exchange or return any bike purchase made within the past 90 days if the bike is unused and accompanied by a sales receipt.

Alcoholic Beverages:
Alcoholic beverages are non-refundable.

Live Goods:
Evergreens, trees and shrubs are guaranteed for a full year. Roses are guaranteed through October 1st of the year purchased. If you have a question or problem concerning your live goods purchase, please call one of our Lawn & Garden Specialists before removing your plant and returning it to the store. Full refund of purchase will be made for dead plant material during the year of purchase with this receipt/guarantee. If returned the following year, the refund will be given in the form of a store credit.

NOTE: Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of free gift or discount. Purchases made at Shopko may not be returned to Shopko Express. Other restrictions may apply.

Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA Number must accompany all returned merchandise.
